Rihanna has made a hair transformation for the end of summer. In the early hours of Friday morning, the beauty mogul was out with some friends debuting her new haircut that features a pair of long curtain bangs. The photos were posted by her bestie Melissa Forde in her Stories on Instagram and it looks like they were having a lot of fun.
The singer posed with Forde wearing a bright blue jacket with red details and carrying a small shimmering red purse. She had on a gold chain necklace, small gold earrings, and a number of gold bangles. Rihanna's makeup was light with shimmering eye shadow and a crimson lip.
Forde was wearing a gold yellow two piece on top in a ribbed fabric and tight light washed jeans.
This is Rihanna's first big hair change since giving birth to her baby boy in May. She shares her son with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky. Earlier this month, the rapper was charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office with two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm after facing allegations he had fired on an acquaintance during an altercation last year. The couple has been laying low, and the music icon has not been seen out much in the last few months as she recovers from her pregnancy.
But she did go out in mid-August wearing a pair of striking thigh-high Y/Project boots that came up to her mid-thigh and hung baggily around her legs. She was on her way to a late night dinner at Emilio’s Ballato in NoHo.
She wore it with a short denim miniskirt by R13 that showed just a peek of the top of her legs, and a t-shirt featuring art from RZA’s 2003 album Birth Of A Prince and a vintage Tom Ford anaconda handbag in olive green. Her hair, pre-bangs, hung in long streams over her shoulders.
