When pairing diamond jewellery on your wedding day, you may be looking for individual items that may become heirlooms, or you may want something with a timeless style that will add a touch of brilliance without casting a shadow on your dress . And, if this is not your style, maybe something simpler that can enhance your bridal style is more suitable for you. No matter what you are looking for, laboratory-grown diamond jewelry is your best choice.

These dazzling diamonds are as stunning as their natural diamonds. The only difference between them and natural diamonds is that they come from the laboratory. Laboratory-grown diamonds are becoming more and more popular—especially in wedding jewelry—with a variety of cuts, styles, shapes, and colors (including shades that are rare in nature) to choose from. However, perhaps their biggest selling point is their affordable price point and sustainability factors. Lab-grown diamonds are considered a more sustainable option than earth-grown diamonds, and many of them are even made with zero carbon footprint. Moreover, because they do not require mining, they are a more cost-effective method of diamond jewelry.

From engagement rings to personalized necklaces, we will share the best laboratory-grown jewelry.

Alex Popov, founder of Âme Fine Jewelry House, explained: “Laboratory-grown diamonds are diamonds grown in a laboratory. The technology used can replicate the formation process of natural diamonds.” Popov The husband pointed out that in order to make laboratory-grown diamonds, experts start with a small "diamond seed" and then insert it into "a high-pressure, high-temperature growth chamber" that "imitates the natural conditions that naturally produce diamonds." "Through the process of being exposed to such high temperature and pressure, the carbon will melt and then form synthetic diamonds around the seed, which will turn into pure carbon diamonds after cooling."

The cool thing about lab-grown diamonds is that these types of diamonds are chemically and physically indistinguishable from natural diamonds due to the technical process used to make them. With the help of advanced technology, the laboratory can reconstruct the conditions for the natural development of diamonds in nature. “The diamonds grown in the laboratory are real, and are completely indistinguishable from traditionally mined diamonds in terms of substance and appearance,” Popov explained.

One of the great advantages of laboratory-grown diamonds is their affordability. Popov said that this is "mainly because their production time is shortened compared to natural diamonds." In addition, since these diamonds are not mined, it does not require much work from nature to jewelers, so these types The diamonds are more cost-effective. Although prices vary, laboratory-grown diamonds are usually about 20% cheaper than natural diamonds. Moreover, in some cases, the price of these diamonds can be more than 40-50% higher.

According to Popov, morality is the main reason why people choose laboratory-grown diamonds instead of natural diamonds. “The production of laboratory-grown diamonds does not have the same moral impact as mining natural diamonds, so people can shop with integrity,” Popov explained. "When buying a lab-grown diamond, people can be assured of knowing the exact source of the diamond and that it was produced in a safe, managed environment."
